All of the products from the manufacturers Ben's Discount Supply sells holds to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of the products Ben's Discount Supply sells are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying The shipping company. Many of the manufacturers have warranty & service information on their web sites.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
(OUR VENDORS WILL NOT GIVE US CREDIT FOR THEM OTHERWISE)

Defective Items  

Within 30 days of receipt of your order (10 Days for any SUMMIT Appliance) please call 1-800-771-7702 with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will then determine if you need an RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and provide return instructions. NOTE: some manufactures will NOT provide replacements for defective items. They ask that the item be returned to them for repair. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special order items and Microwave Trim Kits are non-returnable. Call or email to find out which items are special order.

Returns for items purchased in a package

The same policy applies for items defective or not.  However, since the individual items were priced as part of the overall package, you will be given a full refund of Ben's Discount's cost at time of purchase, minus restocking and shipping fees if applicable, at the time of purchase.

Non-Defective Items

If you wish to return any of  Ben's Discount Supply's non-defective products, excluding special items, microwave trim kits,  and software orders, we will refund any purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason, (10 Days for any SUMMIT Appliance), minus return shipping and a 20% restocking fee (25% for Summit Appliances). Call 1-800-771-7702 To see if your item requires an RMA number. Once the item and its contents have been returned in their proper condition, we will then refund your credit card for the full purchase price minus a 20%restocking fee of the total sale price and return shipping charges.Do Not Return anything without calling us first! Returned orders will not be accepted without authorization, nor will orders refused upon delivery! We are not able to return non-defective inventory to our vendors, therefore, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
