Shipping & Delivery

Most larger items such as ranges and refrigerators must be shipped by commercial LTL (Less than a Truckload) carriers. These are the big semi trucks we see on the highway. In order for them to go into your neighborhood, many times the shipment must be transferred to a smaller truck that has a liftgate elevator on the back of it. These extra services cost extra money that can be saved by picking your shipment up from the nearest truck terminal dock, or by having it delivered to a local commercial business in your town that has the right criteria such as a loading dock for the big trucks.

Zoned Light Industrial - Industrial. Large parking lot such as in a distribution warehouse or manufacturing plant with multiple forklifts and or loading docks. Can also be freestanding hardware stores, feed stores, Large Furniture or Grocery Stores. Please make sure you have permission from the owners! Sometimes we ship to a large truck stop and you can transfer the freight to your truck but remember the height difference floor deck height up to 50".

Commercial: For Summit and Accucold Appliances we have flat rate curbside shipping for Appliance stores, Doctors offices and clinics, and hospitals. To find out if your commercial location qualifies, please call email or text us.

For residential deliveries, If you live on a dirt or gravel road, the trucking companies may not deliver to your residence. This is not our policy, but up to the trucking company or the driver if he is an owner operator. If you live on one of these roads, please call us and we will give you the local delivery terminal information so you can make sure they will deliver to you. If not, you will need to make arrangements to either pick up at a trucking terminal or to have your order shipped to a business in town.

We understand many manufacturers no longer offer the level of support our customers expect so we use our knowledge and experience to troubleshoot common problems. If we cannot help solve the problem easily, we use our connections at these manufacturers to assist you and facilitate communication with that manufacturer to speed up the support process. (This service is only offered to customers who purchase from our store).

If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying Ben's Discount Supply immediately at 1-800-771-7702.  Many of the manufacturers have warranty & service information on their websites if you have any trouble with a product after 30 days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
